Steve Hersh, Tom Shutt and the Victory team recently started our 3rd year at the helm of the Victory Restaurant. This year proves to be exciting, especially from a food standpoint. Reopening this Landmark of Hanover and regaining the momentum and reputation has been a lot of work and a great deal of fun. The hard work shows clearly through the cleanliness and atmosphere of the restaurant. The quality menu offerings ensure your meal selection is to your satisifaction.

Chef Tom and his kitchen staff continue to provide regional Dutch influenced fare and new tasty preparations of beef, pork and seafood dishes. You may drive by and think diner food, but tasting is believing.

Steve and the team of servers ensure that your visit to this clean and friendly restaurant is superb...the kind of place you need to tell your friends about!

The current owners, Tom Shutt and Steve Hersh, take seriously the responsibility of ensuring that your family enjoys a great breakfast, lunch or dinner, and that your visit takes you back to a friendly, less hurried time.

Our lunch and supper specials change daily and include homemade Pennsylvania Dutch fare, excellent fresh seafood selections and traditional 'comfort food' favorites.

The Victory Restaurant is convenient to York and Adams County in Southern PA including Gettysburg, Abbottstown, Littlestown and Spring Grove as well as Thurmont and Emmitsburg in Frederick County MD and Hampstead, Manchester, Taneytown and Westminster in Carroll County, Maryland.

On site and off site catering is quickly becoming a growing part of our operation. We can accomodate up to 80 guests for a birthday, graduation or bridal rehearsal party. Many church groups and retiree organizations find the Victory a perfect location and our Chef prepared, reasonable meals have many meeting here month after month.

The Victory Restaurant is famous for its breakfast and lunch menu, but make sure to stop out any Thursday through Sunday evening and try our dinner specials.
